With reference to the announcement of Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. on Tadawul website on February 27, 2020 regarding the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2019, which was approved by the Ordinary General Assembly on April 19, 2020, and the results of its meeting were announced on Tadawul website on April 20, 2020.

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. is pleased to announce to its shareholders the method and date for distributing cash dividends for the second half of 2019, with a total amount of 11,250,000 SR, at seventy five (75) Halalas per share, representing 7.5% of par value of the share, and the dividend will start from Sunday, May 10, 2020, noting that the dividend entitlement to the shareholders who own shares on the due date and who are registered in the company’s shareholders ’register at the Edaa Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company’s general assembly.

The company requests all of it’s shareholders to update their bank account with banks before the date of the start of distributing dividends to ensure that dividends are deposited into their account.
